From the initial contact - by either telephone or by email – an Oceanic Consultant will guide you through submitting your resume and the additional information needed before making an appointment for an interview with us.

During the interview, we ascertain all of the relevant facts about you and gain an understanding of what type of role (and environment) you are looking for.

By listening to your requirements and aspirations we can match your skills to suitable contract or permanent roles with our clients.
